RUSSELL SAGE FORUMS ON THE FUTURE OF WORK
The Russell Sage Foundation (www.russellsage.org), a foundation dedicated to research in the social sciences, sponsors occasional forums on topics related to low-wage work, such as wages, globalization, technology and training. The first two Russell Sage Forums were held in Washington, DC on January 8 and May 27, 2004, and featured a discussion among a panel of authors and other experts on these issues, moderated by journalist Sheilah Kast of NPR and PBS.
